We love to hear from our former St. Christopher's Preschool families, either after they have graduated or after they have moved away. This week we received an email from a family that was here a couple of years ago. We would love to share their update and how they are doing! We love and miss all of our families! From Erica Caputo: Hi Ms.Carla and Ms. Becca!!! This is Erica Caputo ( Gianna and Nico’s mama)! We were there about 2 years ago! I just wanted to say hello and let you all know that we were thinking of you all and remembering all the fun times with you all! And the cute and loving church songs like giggle giggle wiggle wiggle and Jesus loves me! Gianna actually remembered all the hand movements! Lol I also wanted to thank you both for giving my kids such a great first experience with a school atmosphere! They are doing really well in Kindergarten and 1st grade now because of your school and staff! They attend a private Catholic school now and I actually work there as a teachers aide...I owe this to you all as well! Because of my experience working at your school as a substitute here and there I found a passion and new love! So thank you! We hope everyone is doing well and finding the normal again! Please send our love and say hello especially to Ms. Jackie, Ms. Debbie, and Mrs. Toutant, and Mrs. Carthy if they are still there! Here’s a recent picture of Gianna and Nico! |

Parents and Caregivers, The severe winter storm has brought many new challenges to our school year. On Tuesday morning, the pipes broke in the education wing of the church, our preschool. The two classrooms that sustained the most damage were Classroom B and Classroom C. The Toddler rooms sustained no damage. All other rooms have about 2 - 3 inches of water depending on which end of the hallway they are on. Things may look a bit different for some time, but the excitement of being back to school and focusing on our students will provide us with our purpose. Please feel free to contact me with any concerns you might have at this time. Please monitor here to see the current condition of the school and progress as it unfolds. Check here for updates or go to the 2021 Winter Storm tab for pictures and updates on our school. |

Over Christmas break one of our teachers, Mrs. Julia and her husband, worked hard on getting an outdoor music wall placed on the playground. This past week the kids have loved engaging their senses and exploring different ways to make sound! We heard loud and soft sounds, they played all together while contributing and creating their own musical ideas! |

We are READY! We have been working so hard this week getting our school ready for you! This flyer has lots of good ideas for lunches as we continue to practice safe hygiene practices. Many of our students are too little for opening many of their lunch items but when you practice with your children at home it helps at school. |
